Hmm, I haven't really thought too much about that, I figured everyone would just choose their own way to refer to them. If you want a formal way for them to refer to them, I guess it can just be "Mr/Ms/Mrs [last name]". But hey don't feel like you have to refer to them that way, it's all your choice really
