In terms of heals, we got:

-Rhasha: expert alchemy 
-Do'Karth: adept medicine
-Elmera: adept restoration
-Niernen, Leif: apprentice restoration
-Piper: apprentice medicine
-Sadri: novice restoration
-Roze: novice medicine

Other skills can also be applied for healing. For example, fire spells can cauterize wounds (as demonstrated by Gwiniir), ice spells can isolate poisoned body parts (as demonstrated by Dzuungits), tailoring can be improvised stitchings, woodworking for building splints, etc.

Note that the former player character, now NPC, [url=http://web.archive.org/web/20160914093040/http://www.roleplayerguild.com/posts/3514722]Almad[/url], has returned from Winterhold. You may obtain adept-level restoration from him. In addition, he offers cuddles (and other intimate services) as a trained Dibellan clergy, at a bargain price.
