I have some interest in joining, though as I understand it, there's a bit of a GM trouble.

If I can help, let me know. I have a decent amount of experience GMing, but I wouldn't be able to run this one as the Head GM. Not well, at least. XD I'm not extremely familiar with the time period that this is set in.
