Daniel's words struck Chris's ears and an immediate laugh came. Evan just wore an amused smirk on her face as Chris spoke. "Little boy shows he's got some balls. How lovely!" He cackled. However, as group went on, it was noted that Absolum was watching he and his sister very closely. Katherine just seemed to find the whole thing entertaining, but her attention was drawn away by Malcom speaking to her. He was such a beautiful little pawn, but she couldn't help but to slightly admire his heart. However, even Katherine had to admit that she felt sorry for Laura. Fenris may have been her primary doctor, but as her secondary she couldn't understand why the medication wasn't working. "I'll see what I can do." She said, moving from her place near the wall and walking around the desks to see the pairs. Laura wasn't in one, but this group would definitely get much more entertaining with a couple of these groups. Shy Daniel and psychotic Evan would be a very interesting one. Chris and Chess actually had potential to get along, much like Liv and Winter. And then there was Alice and Ryan. She watched the look on Alice's face as Ryan introduced himself and she covered her small laugh with a hand over her mouth. "Amused, Katherine?" Absolum asked as Fenris began explaining the group exercise. "Always. I'm surprised that the group is this tame right now." She said and Absolum rolled his eyes and he watched closely as each pair walked over to their tables. To be completely honest, Olivia was glad she was paired off with Winter. Kept her away from Ryan, and tho the girl was a bit more loony than she would care to deal with, she was nice. She offered a gentle look to the girl. "Okay, so abandonment..." she spoke a loud. That was an issue she dared not even think about. She hadn't personally felt what abandonment was like, but she knew that she couldn't leave her brother. It was an issue that Winter obviously understood well. She could understand tho. As much as she would never admit it, if anything had ever actually happened to her brother, she would lose it. She shook her head. "Perhaps we could cover how when someone feels abandoned, the best thing to do is first try and find someone who can help them feel like they're not alone? Like, something about friendship being the best route type thing." - The next table over was Chess and Chris. It wouldn't be hard for the two of them to get along, especially with Chris 'on,' but he seemed distracted. Chris made sure to take the seat that faced the table where Liv and Winter were and he smirked. That beautiful siren was with probably one of the more pure hearted ones here. Chris amused the thought of Liv corrupting the poor, unsuspecting Winter, but as his other side fought for dominance he was reminded that she wasn't that kind of person. Vain, yes. Smart, obviously. A straight line to that explosive brother of hers button, definitely. How he had wanted to push that button. How badly he wanted that, but along the way his other side had grown to actually like the girl. Which made him want the siren even more. He came back to reality after a moment and he looked at Chess. "Funny how the two of us got depression, isn't it? I mean, hell, if depression was on my list of issues I'm pretty sure I wouldn't be so amused by how stupid this whole thing is." She laughed a bit, his eyes going over to Evan and then to Dr. Ashton. "I do have to admit though, how that man worships chaos is admirable... even if he does stare too much." He didn't want to do this, it was stupid, considering even when he was 'off' he wasn't depressed, nor was Chess. "How old you deal with your depression if you had it, Chessy boy?" His eyes flitted over towards Liv and Winter again. "Extracurricular activities?" - Alice didn't know how she felt sitting with Ryan. Admittedly, he scared the shit out of her. And they had to put together a skit about trust. The only thing she could trust about this one was that he was angry... and she didn't want to piss him off. She was quiet, inwardly wishing she could have been paired with. Anyone else at this rate. Daniel or Winter would have been preferable, especially since Liv seemed to be this guy's trigger. She didn't want to pull that trigger. How the hell was she even supposed to talk to him? She didn't know, so she took a piece of paper and a pencil and wrote 'Trust' at the top of it. "Any ideas?" She asked. She was quiet and avoided even looking at him. - Oh this would be fun! Sometimes Evan really loved how sick Dr. Ashton was. Have her work on anger with possibly the one person who she made angry. It was rare for Daniel to burst out about this kind of thing, but today he had twice. She painted for her own anger, but she took this as an opportunity to push little Daniel's buttons. "So, you're going to kill me one day if I don't leave you alone?" Her crazy laugh came and she poked him in his ribs again, hard. "Come on, we could definitely use that in the stupid skit we have to do. But, I'd probably kill you before you could kill me." Evan, for once, was showing how she'd fooled people away from her psychosis for a while. "If I don't touch your little ears, bunny boy, you don't go all hypervigalent, and your conscious would stop you. I can tell." She kicked her feet up on the desk and took up a pencil and a piece of paper and began to doodle. "But I don't get how you keep your anger so pent up, I mean, as funny as it was to see you burst out like you did, uncontrolled anger is very bad for you." She folded the page and threw it at him. "Look at me, I paint." Absolum came over and sat on the edge of the desk. "Evan, work on the assignment. Let Daniel give his input. You two need to work together on this, and right now, you two are the only ones not working." She threw her pencil at Daniel too. "Come on Danny boy, we need ideas. Anger is best subsided with hobbies if I remember all my therapy correctly." She chuckled again and she poked Daniel's side again. Maybe in the twenty minutes she'd piss him off enough get him to act right in the skit
