Shadow could feel herself being proud of her latest move. It's true that she rarely duels, but through her experience on the battlefield, she get herself getting the hang of it. Again, the last time she actually dueled was during the Battle City tournament; only because Yami needed the backup in a two-on-two match. It was a memory that remained with her, and truth be told, it felt almost as if she had feelings for her king. But she won't admit it; she wasn't allowed to form relationships at the time, nor while she was only a wish granter through his every command. That was one thing she actually regretted: not being able to tell him what he meant to her, and even Yugi. Now, he was her mentor, nothing more. Hearing a cooing sound coming from Jaden's direction, the once-genie turned her attention to her new owner. "I think he has a plan", Shadow observed, just by seeing this little furball communicate with Jaden. "A clever move, indeed", she agreed with Yubel's comment. "Say Yubel, ever thought of getting back in the field?", Shadow teased her friend; she wanted the she-demon to join them. These girly conversations never get old. Hearing Crowler's comment, Shadow steadied herself to keep herself calm. "That's enough, Doctor. Tell me, as a teacher, wouldn't you let your students pass, or let them repeat, and stay around?", she asked him. It wasn't cruel, but honest. His taunts were indeed starting to get annoying, and she expected better in the instructor. 'All yours, Yuki', she turned to Jaden, and allowed him to do as he wished, although wondered what his idea would be.
