[@Jones Sparrow] How would you deal with Toonforce as a powerset? Think Deadpool's powerset, just a bit stronger strength wise, weirder physics, better regeneration, and a crippling weakness to knockout gas, drugs, sneak attacks, nets, and stuff with other psychological problems.

If no thats fine. I understand its kinda a weirder powerset.
