I had Kyre as an element in mind to involve with the birth but I was going to reserve the exact hows and whats until the new CS is done.

Turns out that Toun has been observing most of the demis for a while now. He has been observing that they have been popping up with similar domains and portfolios as dead gods, so it stands to reason that he could connect the dots with Kyre and a new war entity, or perhaps instigate Kyre's replacement or rebirth or somesuch.
