Following the group down into the first floor of the trunk, Brick gave them one more once over and went over the pointers he'd told them before once last time. [color=f7941d]"No fire, huh... that'll be tough, that's half my moveset down. I'll see what I can do though."[/color] She said, nodding as she looked among the group.

When the topic came up of a leader, Ember shook her head. [color=f7941d]"Definitely not me. I can barely keep myself in line sometimes. What about you, Selena?"[/color] She asked, looking over to the Bayleef. [color=c4df9b]"I... think I'd be better suited watching the rear. Devon should take the lead."[/color] She replied, glancing over to the Totodile up front. Soon all eyes were on Devon.

She'd heard the name a few times, but now it was just starting to bug her. Everyone seemed to be calling Ligero "Fuse". Maybe it was a nickname, but why did everyone call him that then? The thought would linger in the back of her mind as the conversation continued. [color=fff79a]"Hello, Guildmaster. My name's Hikari."[/color] She introduced herself with a slight bow. [color=fff200]"She's an old friend of mine from my tribe. We happened across each other just a little bit ago. In fact, that's why we wanted to talk to you."[/color]

Fuse gave a sigh before continuing. [color=fff200]"I know you're always on me about going and doing missions on my own, not having my own team and all. So, me and Hikari talked, and... well..."[/color] Fuse began to stutter, somewhat nervous about what was to come. [color=fff79a]"... We want to form a team together."[/color] Hikari finished his sentence for him.

[color=fff200]"I know it's not exactly to code, her not being affiliated with the guild or being a Dungeon Dweller... but... there isn't another Pokemon on this planet I'd rather have more than her by my side. Except maybe Arceus..."[/color] He said jokingly with a legitimate smile on his face, recieving a playful jab in the side from Hikari. [color=fff79a]"So, please Guildmaster, please consider this."[/color] Hikari asked, somewhat confident on the outside but completely nervous on the inside at what his answer would be.

After actually having to calm Krystal down, the group headed over to the Folio Town Observation Post to figure out what to do next. [color=f49ac2]"Well... what do we do next?"[/color] Serenity asked, looking at Omen as he gazed over the vast Altepa Desert. [color=black][b]"I'm not sure. I feel... conflicted..."[/b][/color] He said, puzzling Krystal. [color=6ecff6]"Why's that? We warned them, we should keep moving and warn other towns and villages on other continents."[/color] She said.

[color=black][b]"I wish it were that easy... but something just doesn't feel... right..."[/b][/color] He explained, closing his eyes and thinking. [color=f49ac2]"Is it about what you said? About the darkness below Folio?"[/color] Serenity asked. [color=6ecff6]"Or what about what you said... you felt like time and space had been warped?"[/color] Krystal asked.

[color=black][b]"Both of those things are weighing on my mind right now. The Human IS here, that much I know. That's probably where the space/time warp comes in... but the darkness below still troubles me... it's like nothing I've felt since leaving the village."[/b][/color] He paused, letting out a breath. [color=black][b]"This town may be where major events may play out, but it's still not where the main event will begin. I'm sure of it."[/b][/color]

The three continued to converse about their next course of action, but it seemed nearly impossible to decide when taking everything into consideration.
