I will say though that I'm not a fan of forced provisions of decklists. I'd rather actually be [i]surprised[/i] by whatever hidden tech a player may want to chuck into their character's deck. I might be able to run through a few cards I was thinking of giving my char, and I can easily list what each of the customs does (I have them all in my head, but I haven't written any down yet), but I'd have [i]no idea[/i] how much of each card I'd want at any point of time.
