I should state, that due to the nature of psykers and their inherit power. Any librarian position will be closely watched by myself as players have a tendency to go really overboard with them in terms of personal power and throwing any semblance of character balance out the door. Few people in my experience know how to play a psyker well and fairly. 

this is not a slight against you, for in all honesty I have never seen you before [@tech] or played with you to my knowledge and cannot judge. But in general this is for everyone looking at this thread, just know that any librarian character sheets [u][b]will[/b][/u] be held to a higher standard than other characters.
