I'm looking to get into the rhythm of roleplaying here, not use to the format, so I'm looking for just general 1 on 1 roleplay with original characters. I have several to choose from, thinking up characters is a bit of a hobby of mine (if you can call that a hobby)
I do both non-+18 roleplay and +18 roleplay, but I'm more inclined to do the former; it really depends on the character.

Io is a young girl with a rather painful past. Having lost her left eye at the age of 11, five years later she is still a headstrong and temperamental girl. She's a bit of a play on "edgy" and twisted characters. While she fits the bill, possessing a somewhat tragic past and is temperamental and doesn't play well with others, most of it is a front to seem tough. She fits most fantasy settings.

The Witch, Wingate Ipswich

Wingate is a shapely woman who runs a small bookstore, the Window to the Soul. This bookstore seems to manifest mysteriously in towns to people, where they meet this woman. Friendly, almost motherly to those younger to her, and knowledgeable about the arcane, Wingate is a powerful witch. While powerful in the arcane world and friendly, she finds herself horribly out of touch with the current age, much to the dismay of those around her when she tries to fit in.

For those of you familiar with the series Jojo's Bizarre adventure, Emerson is a Stand User (think a persona only weirder). A young punk who tries to get by with what he has, living at his uncles place. Tries not to pick fights and tries to avoid others, but he always somehow ends up running into trouble one way or the other.

Quinn, the Smartmouth Cyborg

Quinn is a cocky young boy who works as a bit of a delivery boy for a crime syndicate, or as he refers to them "a shady bunch." Kind of a smart ass whose words get him in trouble more often than not, he at least has the skills to get out of trouble. His mechanical legs able to carry him faster than most other people. Fits both sci-fi and fantasy canons with magitech.
