So, I'm assuming that the Emperor himself is a powerful psintegrat/psion/psyker/whatever-you-want-to-call-it. What I'm not sure of is the presence or use of psintegrae in the Emporium in general. Do they have a lot of them? Do they use them as soldiers, spies, secret police?
