Depending on whether or not they are definitely in for this, Emperor might or might not be taken, but Magician's in the clear.

IIRC, the ailments are pretty much the same for every SMT. Given you've got both physical and mental ailment heals covered, that's pretty much the whole set isn't it?

On the Bless thing, I didn't actually notice that they renamed Light and Dark to Bless and Curse for Persona 5; they've always been stuck in my mind as "those subcategories of Light" from Persona 1. But yeah, I guess making it Holy would be less confusing with all the terminology changes.
