[@Emnosym] And this goes for everyone else: Besides definitely in the outpost... [i]anywhere[/i]. You have the freedom to plant your character wherever you choose. The only requirements are as follows:

1. They are in Yue
2. They have a rough layout of the town after having arrived the day before.
3. They know that the bus to leave the outpost is leaving soon and if they want to get out of reach of the Republic, they need to be on it.
