Eeeeh, thanks, but I don't actually do anything. Ammo & Ryougu are the more helpful ones. (They're also more active than me, heh. Probably why.) 

I figure american characters can speak like americans and japanese characters can use honorifics and such as they are japanese. (Itaki will be doing this) Speech patterns and such differ from person to person, too. It's not something to think hard about. You could have an American character still use honorifics as they're either a nerd, or attempting to be respectful... Or they're retarded and butcher shit. Variety is the spice of life, as they say.
