Y'know, since all the other elements fit with Wavecasters, I was thinking earth would as well, but I guess it's technically more of an Architect ability

There isn't really a graduation, it's just as many years as they feel like staying until they feel they've learned enough (though they do have an age limit, which is 25). This is mainly because there is a heavy emphasis on the mentors doing the teaching. Typically most students leave after 4 years, but it's possible to stay more
