[color=ed1c24]Homeworld:[/color] Goldareon of the dual spiral system, it was supposed to be the pinnacle of humanity, the golden planet. It's resources were vast, the land seemed forever fertile. Forests covered most of the land and the water, fresh drinking water was vast. The mentality was that people needed to be strong together, to grow in mind and body together, that greed was a parasite and lead to corruption. So they isolated themselves, only allowing information to be sought out for new technology that would help their race. The people chose to begin to modify themselves with their science and technology making the long lasting super humans they had stride to become so long ago, the idea was by making everyone equal humanity would strive in whatever venture they took from there on. They were strong, fast, smart, skilled, tactical, and intelligent. Humanity on this planet, was now at what they considered their peak, nearly immortal and strong willed. They now had found a place where they alone could strive in the universe, away from alien interference and to stand toe to toe with any foe that came their way.

[color=ed1c24]Weapons:[/color] A semi automatic combat rifle that can expand to become a long range rifle if the occasion calls for it. Also carries an automatic shotgun and a special pistol that is modified to have a crescent shaped blade on the handle that allows him to use the pistol as an axe type weapon if need be. His other close combat weapon is a sword that is hidden in his right arm.

• [i]Electrical based magic[/i] - Kesh is able to weave magic to create electricity, he generates this magic from the circuits of ships, or the circuitry of robotics, even concentrating the static in the air to create it if need be. He can cause bolts of lightning to strike at a foe or a group of foes, he is only able to conjure simple lightning strikes. He can't shut down a ship or weave constantly, to use this he needs to concentrate and make gestures with his hands and the stronger the Lightning attack the longer it takes for him to conjure it.
• [i]Minor gravity disruption[/i] - Producing a small ball of gravitational magic that will temporarily disrupt a medium range of area, this cannot happen often and often needs to charge, which he has on a timer built into his arm. 
• [i]Wind scar[/i] - Kesh compresses the air to a fine point that can cut through almost anything, it can be thrown or used as a temporary blade around his hand, the sharer the strike the more concentration is needed.
• [i]Enhancement[/i] - Through special training, Kesh has learned to further enhance himself with magic. This allows him to become stronger, faster, more agile, smarter and more sensitive to his surroundings if need be. The spells are temporary but can last up to an hour.

• [i]Body armour[/i] - Kesh's body had been modified to be given body armor that can handle small caliber weapons and most blade types.
• [i]Camouflage[/i] - He can activate temporary camouflage around his body, if he moves you can see a distortion on the space around him that could give him away. It only lasts for 5 minutes before needing to recharge.
• [i]Minor hacking tech.[/i] - If Kesh puts his hands on a door mechanism he can hack into the system to open them, other than that he can't do much with this technology.
• [i]Scanners[/i] - His eyes have the ability to change to different versions of vision with the help of lenses that activate over his eyes when activated. The lenses as of now give the ability to see normal, able to zoom in his vision, switch to different types such as night vision, and temperature sensitive vision. He is also able to access information just by tapping his temple and thinking of what he is looking at or of other things.
• [i]Mini tactical bomb producer[/i] - as a special forces he was imbued with standard military bomb production devices, they produce smoke bombs, concussion grenades, flash bang grenades and emp grenades. He can only carry a total of 5 and needs to find resources that can help reproduce these weapons.
• [i]Magnetic feet[/i] - Standard ship boarding magnetic feet, allows him to stay on the ground when the gravity field of a ship is turned of or destroyed. He can turn them on and off as needed.
• [i]Internal explosive device[/i] - Every member of the military special forces were fused with enough explosives in their body to be able to destroy most of a ship if need be, an access code followed by a phrase must be said before triggering the bombs.
• [i]Tactical wrist blade and chain[/i] - Kesh has a tactical blade hidden in his right arm, when triggered by his thoughts it shoots out above his right hand, it reaches out about 1.5 feet, and upon command can fully release a 3 foot sword. In his left arm is a 12 foot long chain with a hook attached at the end, he is able to shoot out the chain to grab opponents or objects and pull them closer to him if need be, it is also useful in channeling his electric powers to concentrate on single opponents.
• [i]Focus enhancing inhaler[/i] - in a compartment in his left arm is a pipe like inhaler that uses his bodies natural drugs to create a focus enhancing mixture that can be inhaled, when done his site, feeling, hearing and touch become enhanced. It was created for soldiers to take before missions to make sure they are at their best when entering foreign territory.

• [i]Weapon Proficiency[/i] - knows how to handle all types of weapons but prefers long range rifles or semi automatic rifles and pistols. His enhanced eyes allow him to have great accuracy without having to carry a scope or any unnecessary attachments that might get in the way.
• [i]Hand to Hand Combat Training[/i] - Kesh has be trained in hand to hand combat since he was a young boy, philosophies and tactics were downloaded into his brain and his body was put through rigorous training to become proficient in case it was ever needed.
• [i]Tactical Training[/i] - He was put through all types of tactical training since he was a child, because of this he wa put into the military training program and developed to become a tactician in assassination and boarding tactics on ships.
• [i]Interrogation[/i] - He had been trained to be able to get information as needed when it comes to fighting an enemy and to use any means necessary, for this he was trained in many different interrogation methods to break a person down and get the information that is needed to complete his mission.

[color=ed1c24]History:[/color] Kesh was born on the planet Golfareon, the planet considered to be the hope and pride of humanity. They were supposed to be the peak of their race and did everything they could to ensure that humanity would continue to be that way. As a child he showed signs of strong development in problem solving and was athletic and showed interest in the military. He would grow up at the military base where he was trained until he reached adulthood.

By this time it was standard for him to receive his bodies modifications, at this point he was given a choice, to receive civilian modifications and live his life some other way or receive the military's modifications where he would become a protector of Goldareon and humanity. He chose the military, it was in his blood. He was then given another choice, to receive standard militaty upgrades or choose to join and receive the elite special operatives branch and their modifications. They told him if he chose the spec ops he would be more robotic than man, he would be able to live for thousands of years because his brain would be the only organic thing left of him and even it would be enhanced to stop from decaying, to access all kinds of information and store it without losing information in the process. He was told that they keep the brain because they want the uniqueness of the individual and that decisions can be made logically or emotionally instead of following an ai program which could make a mistake because it would base its logic with statistics and not factor in other variables. 

By this time Kesh was already all in, this would be the highest honor that he felt he could receive. The highest gifts of humanity to protect his home and all its inhabitants was all he wanted. So he accepted the invitation to the special ops branch and was modified to fit the job. 

Over the next 100 years he served the military loyally, whatever mission was given to him individually or given to his team he would accept it and complete it. His specialty became breaching enemy ships and quickly fighting his way to the captains headquarters and either capturing or killing them. 

But all that would soon come crumbling down with the destruction of his home planet, an unknown enemy had come to their system and they were not going to negotiate. They were carrying large asteroids behind their ships. Kesh was not in the system at the time and when he heard the call he quickly made his way back home, but it was too late, when he arrived the enemy had already disappeared and left the planet that he once called home was now shattered into pieces by the asteroids striking it over and over again. 

For a time Kesh just floated in space, even thought of ending his own life. But just before he committed to that act another group of ships appeared, at first he thought they were his planet killers and prepared to go to war with them, then the communications started to come across, they were other members of the military that had been put on away missions. They banded together, Kesh and the others took on the name Darkstar in honor and reminder that their once beautiful planet was snuffed of existence and in its place was the eternal darkness of space. They became mercenaries for hire since it was the only thing they could do. Since there was no more home to go to they fought with reckless abandon, and were given the nicknames berserkers. 
During their off time, to keep himself busy he gained the skills to work on ships, to keep them in tip top shape, he used his knowledge banks to learn how to fix ships of all kinds and during his spare time would put that knowledge to work on his comrades ships as well as anyone else that wanted his services. 
Being mercenaries and fighting the way they did they would often have casualties. One after the other they died in combat until Kesh was the only one left. He thought he could move on from this life to become a full time mechanic, but the call of battle and adventure still lingered in him, he was the last of
his kind of Goldareon and he should continue to work towards finding his people's killers. But he couldn't do it alone, he had to find a crew and a ship that would be willing to help him, to question locals of planets that they traveled to if they had seen such ships that he was told about before his communication with the earth ended. 
So through the grapevine of rumors he heard that a ship was looking for people called the NOVA DAWN. He liked the name felt like it would be a fresh start to his new life outside of being in the military and a mercenary. He saw that they needed a mechanic and thought that it was almost fate that he found this ship. So he sent a comm. to the captain of the ship and sent off his credentials in hopes of getting on the ship.

[color=ed1c24]Personality:[/color] Kesh is a kind hearted man that is loyal to any cause that he believes is just and right. He is humorous and jokes around by taking jabs at others because he grew up with that kind of humor in the military and likes to talk to others whenever possible, he also finds pleasure in the simplest of things which is why he likes being a mechanic as well as a custodian gets to have tedious work that needs his focus and skills and keeps the place clean because he can't stand a dirty environment due to his time in the military.
When on a mission he can change depending on the mission, he tries to keep himself on the bright side of things but if the mission requires it he can turn stone cold. He will do anything to complete the mission that is given to him, even if he has to do things that some would think as unethical. He has a hard time talking about his past, but hopes to finding people that are accepting of him enough that he can open up eventually.
He also has made it his mission overall to find the killers of his planet and to avenge all the people that died so that his people's spirits could finally truly rest in peace and so that when he finally dies, he too could rest in peace.
