Technically yes. He doesn't look like the traditional demon, hell he doesn't even like the hot temperatures, hence why his castle is in the cooler place of the realm. Buuuut he does radiate demonic power, just not one made of fire, but ice. Hence he's an Ice Incubus. So genetically he's not, but appearance-wise he is. 

So technically he is an outcast. And what about this?
