Personality: Hotaru, at first glance, seems like a bit of an shy girl. She doesn't go out much unless it's with her somewhat small number of friends, and she spends a lot of time looking into anime, manga, and video games. However, while she feels she isn't always good with people, shy would be a very poor way of describing her personality. Hotaru is immensely enthusiastic and eager, throwing herself into anything as completely and fully that she can. Hotaru is remarkably energetic, as well. To put it simply, her initial disheveled and somewhat shy appearance is extremely deceiving. In fact, one of the best ways to describe her is hotblooded. She is also very enthusiastic about the ideal of justice and heroism.
Backstory: Hotaru hasn't had a very unusual life. Mostly, she's pursued her interests, went to school, and generally lived a fairly average life until now.

Abilities: Ruby Regalia has a strong connection to the element of fire. The user can create blazing infernos and directed blasts of fire. It also renders the user resistant to flame-based attacks. Most of the actual attacks are connected to Ruby Regalia's weapon
Weapon: The Blaze Sword, a weapon composed of flames and energy in the form of a longsword. It is capable of burning through many mundane materials, and greatly damaging even powerful monsters. In addition, it possesses a number of special attacks, though Hotaru is not yet aware of them.

There will be hotbloodedly calling attacks, but Hotaru doesn't know about them yet.
