I don't think you should worry about that for now, but here's what [@Raddum] and I decided on:

Duels can either be scripted between two or more people(depending on the scale of the duel in question), or each card can be given a number, and the cards you draw and whatnot are determined by [url=andrew.hedges.name/experiments/random/pickone.html]the Random Thing Picker[/url] or [url=https://www.random.org]Random.org.[/url] That's what the Co-GM and I decided on, if I remember correctly. [@Ammokkx] suggested those, I believe.
