Joshua Tamashii
[@Ammokkx] Joshua watched the action duels with varying degrees of interest, taking mental notes where he could. When he finally had enough, he got up and made to leave, only to suddenly be engaged in conversation by a rather short girl. Looking down at her, he listened calmly as she brought up his 'cheating' during the acrobatics competition and then herself, bragging about being the top. He couldn't help but laugh at the little display. "First off, since the judges clearly didn't eliminate me come the competition for what I did, it was obviously legal and therefore not cheating." He said before whipping out Adrenaline Rusher and showing it to her. After she was sure she had seen it well enough, he put it away. "If nothing else, they're just jealous that they didn't think of it and won that card. Envy can be an excellent fuel for the fires of silent hate." Continuing on, his tone was more amused then hostile. "Secondly, you're obvious not the cream of the crop, not more then I am, since neither of us are in the light dorm. After all, that's the dorm all the elites are in. The fact your not wearing their uniform states where you truly stand in the Academy's hierarchy. Unless you're saying you're the top of the Earth Dorm. That might actually be slightly believable. Third, who I gather with is none of your business and for what reasons is none of your business short-stack. Course, though the idea might be hard to believe to some people, it might be possible that I'm just hanging out with my, brace yourself, friends. Would that be so hard to believe that might actually be the case?"
Amelia Averyonna
[@Scarifar] Amelia relaxed a bit when Leander returned a smile at her and stuck close to him as he led the way to his room. The only time she seemed nervous was after Leander bumped into a member of the Dark Dorm of otherwise, she enjoyed the short trip. When they arrived to his room, she looked around, instantly seeing the difference of being in the Earth Dorm to the Light Dorm. Still, as she looked around the room, she couldn't help but think of her room back home, a thought that made her want to leave ASAP. When Leander addressed her directly, she turned to him and, upon hearing that he wanted to duel, she nodded. "I carry my deck on me everywhere." She said "It's almost a requirement here, isn't it? And I don't mind helping you out. It's what friends do, right?"
