[@Archmage MC] Problem with that is that it would become even MORE OP when I leave out that part, because that way monsters that need to be special summoned without the activation of a spell or trap like Elegant Egotist can't be summoned at all anymore. Now they at least can be summoned and use their ATK and stuff.
