[@Bright_Ops] A good question. I would say, that there has superpowered people before, but during the 20th century, more "supers" have born. And the supers have always affected the history, but the main course of history hasn't radically changed from our own. The Civil War was fought between the North and the South, the WWI happened, and even if I dislike it, Napoleon still lost at Waterloo in this timeline.
