"The lease is low on it and they use box mixes for most their goods so they can keep everything low price." He walks out to his van again with her. "Next stop the Valley Resort." He says with a smile, firing the van up once again and taking off.  As he turns and heads out of town he passes multiple businesses but standing out among them is a giant building surrounded by a river. "That is the Riverwalk Place, lots of retail there, a bar and grill, great food but much more expensive than my buddies bar and grill.  They have one of the biggest jeep shows in the country and a car show called the retro roll in where they have a drive in movie at the end of the day." 

They drive by, the town mostly empty as they pass right through.  Reaching the 3rd light in town he turns left and continues down the road for 4 miles until they reach a dirt road.  He turns right onto it and drives it almost a full mile down turning left onto a tree lined driveway, rolling way back into the woods.  The forest looking barren until they round a corner and come upon a rustic cabin with a covered porch.  They pass several more of the little cabins before arriving at the check in building. "You will be amazed by the suites, those cabins are just the basic rooms." He says, shutting the van off.  He hits a switch and the van lowers to the ground, sitting in the dirt.
