[@UmbreonRogue] Heya! Almost always you can assume it's totally fine to post in the OOC of any RP. The only time I might discourage it is if the RP is listed as full and it's apparent they aren't accepting new characters-- but even then it's usually fine. 

That being said, I believe Avermelle has listed the RP as full and said she isn't taking anymore characters. But of course you're free to wait for her response.
