[s]Belleville is a small, thriving city seemingly in the middle of nowhere Illinois. Everything about this city seems perfectly normal from the people to the buildings. At least from an outside point of view. Little do the human denizens know it, but the city of Belleville is run by the supernatural. Everything from demons and dragons all the way down to fairies and goblins take on human form and run the city. They fill positions from the Mayor all the way down every day jobs like cashiers. But interacting with humans all day long can get bothersome.
Thankfully there is a place of refuge for the non humans. An underground bar where everybody can feel free in their natural forms. This bar is called The Underground. Here, creatures of all shapes and sizes are welcome without fear of persecution, for the most part. What if a human walks in, you ask? Well this bar is protected by a spell that, when a human comes near, they are made to believe that they urgently need to be elsewhere. It is, however, possible that a human may be invited in, but that is quite a rare occurance although it does still happen.
Now, from time to time, non humans cause a bit of trouble and the police may not be able to be sent since a large part of the force is human. So a separate task force had been created purely out of non human beings. This force is called the NRT or Non-human Response Team. Break any laws, human or non, and you will face some of the most fierce beings of the underground.

Here comes everyone's [b]favorite[/b] part... The rules :rolleyes 

1. No godmod, as it is in just about EVERY role-play.
2. No control over other peoples characters without permission. This includes killing them. Kill/control as many NPC's as you like (within reason)
3. Listen to the GM (me) and any Co GM's I may appoint.
4. Keep the swearing to a dull roar. I don't have a problem with swearing but others might.
5. Romance is encouraged but no sexual acts. At least not in here, what's in your PM box is none of my business.
