That and by, for instance, increasing the friction on others, Usagi can make a simple punch hit pretty hard. Or by decreasing her own, she can make attacks from even a sword slide off her. I think it should even be nerfed a bit, as I can't really discover a weakness except for as example Frin's heat as that is energy transfer and not force, and even then she can singlehandedly win by keeping him at a distance, making him practicly useless.

I like her! (And that's not just because she is weak against Frin's heat) She even seems almost finished except for maybe a better Hero Outfit like [@olcharlieboi] said. The tiger theme seems pretty good, fitting her more 'primal' appearance, so maybe work with that some more.
