It's a bit hard to flesh out areas considering the only lands in the Nexus are Heaven, Hell, Hyperion, and Neutral territories. I mean, I guess you could try and do something with a Neutral territory but what would that entail? Assuming that even matters anymore.

You were told off because the three main areas, that being Heaven, Hell, and Hyperion, are already developed and fleshing them out more is only bringing back a dead horse. That, and it's easy to read the majority of your statements in snark.
