[@The Kid Lantern]Well I was considering it when she was in the water to maybe freeze the beast, but as expected of a battle it's too fast paced for actually planning. Besides as I've written the character til now, with her lack of skill with her ice powers, she likely wouldn't risk it save for a desperate situation. Besides, for her she's thinking what would Johnny do. Her fire is reliable. Her father is reliable. She isn't quite ready step out of her comfort zone just yet XD 

But you know, I'm waiting for the right moment. It could possibly happen in this fight, but not quite yet lol
