Eh, I think English will still be used in New York... and as for book burning, maybe... they aren't really nazis in a way... I know that's weird to say XD they're focused on mutants, but they do have those characteristics, but yeah, they might have done some of that during the beginning of their reign, maybe even on Comic Books haha
