[@olcharlieboi] if you're taking any opinions, I prefer the copy all as the more versatile quirks that can essentially do anything without much of a set restriction are story-killers. The copy quirk is easy to establish parameters and in the context of the world would make for a really cool famous hero, wheras the wizard type would seem to fit into the world of BNHA a bit less, just my 2 cents tho if it's welcome :)
