Yeah, kinda like Into the Badlands or Revolution, where there are like half a dozen main militias and warlords who control various parts of the country. I mean, Fury Road kinda has that, with the one guy controlling the water, another controlling bullets, etc.

But in my story, there is sci-fi-ish tech like holograms and stuff.
