[@olcharlieboi] Yeah, like I mentioned earlier, they're two different entities. Aside from electrocution, they're effects kind of don't overlap.

I'm just particular with those things because I'm in the medical field. I ran this RP on a different site and had two different participants who had an Adrenaline-based Quirk and another that used Blood. So I'm considering them as different quirks. And to be completely honest, an increase in blood flow would cause a rise in one's blood pressure and actually hinder the release of adrenaline. Its a negative feedback of some sort. 

[@Demous] Yeah, that's a given. Doesn't mean they can't try though lol. Not saying you'll be facing a dragon fanatic or anything. Just saying that its a definite possibility.
