The suit looks good to me now, and assuming you didn't change anything to the rest of the CS (except the other section, I've seen those changes.) you are accepted! Although I would recommend having the duration of the battery less so you can upgrade it in the RP and have some more development, but it is not required.

Guys, this is a superhero RP. Let's not make this a Physics battle for an RP where almost all the powers are not able to get explained by current Physics.

Seriously though, here is a list of all the Quirks seen in the Anime ALONE that can not be explained by current Physics:

As long as the Quirk itself sounds reasonable and the Physics indirectly around the Quirk sound good, no reason to bomb IRL stuff on it. I know this sounds hypocrite from a guy who bombed physics on an exo-suit, but an exo-suit is not a Quirk. 

On that note: The Hero suits are no Quirks either. They may do small inexplainable things, like cool people down through fibers, but it still is a bit logical. The idea of having some kind of vacuum thingy which has infinite kinetic energy is not logical. [@Kreutzer]'s generator idea is though. You can use that or my earlier idea to capture the lost kinetic energy and reuse it, but infinite kinetic energy is a no.

So far she looks good, although I would like for you to have her not have as powerful breath. If one sneeze at low age can freeze half a classroom, imagine what a focused exhalation could do? If you can nerf that a bit, you seem good to go for me.
