Actually I just used that phrase "Your eyes... I don't like them." to sound a little more cold, without speaking too much.
In his post he says: "[...] squinting his eyes to see if he recognized her." so I supposed he was getting closer to her, something she could feel with her senses.

Lila tends to speak more (as in more words. Complete phrases and sentences) to those that are friendly with her (mainly because she is curious why they do so).
