[@Sylph] Additional question. In the OOC it mentions that the runes can be placed upon the users own skin. Are these designed to be activated immediately or can they be placed to be used at a later time? This also applies to placing them in general. Along with this what are the drawbacks of placing continuous runes such as the one's used to create the Uplift? And how long does it take to draw the runes?
