	To be frank I'm not to sure about that idea, most people given a quirk by outside means will usually Mutate badly in some way, even more so when their not compatible with it. Only reason those who are given One For All don't is because it technically is a combination/hybrid quirk, of the Stockpile of power and a Quirk that gives the ability to pass it on without adversely affecting the successor, they just need to build their body to withstand the power.
