A seemingly outgoing and cheerful character to most who see him and is generally that way for the most part as he takes life the best way he can with a drop of sarcasm and humor to season it. His relaxed and easy going side betrays the mental evaluation that occasionally becomes excitable which only seemingly covers up that he is a much more complex and interesting person underneath the thick exterior that he has. With tests showing psychopathic tendencies floating on the surface that is more prominent when pushed to the limit of his mental endurance, it seems to be a mild case at most that act up during periods of extreme duress. It is mostly linked to his social and outgoing nature that seems to fit him perfectly in previously recorded incidents like a chameleon blending into its environment of people.

Marcelino has no unique skill set beyond his above average physical abilities from playing a few sports along with college education that he got his bachelor's degree in biochemistry. The only remarkable things beyond those are his social skills which allow him to seamlessly blend into different social groups without much issue in integrating himself.

Marcelino can be considered one out of the masses that society produces which enter the traditional process of going to school and graduating before having to do more school to survive in the world. Leaving with a hefty loan in his name and a certificate of his education which shows how much money he spent, he is an ordinary person who was living his life day to day as anyone of his age who goes to work, sustains a social life, and having some fun while he's still young. He lived once with his family when he was younger, before moving out into the bustling city where life was spicy and unpredictable to him which every day brought something new to entertain him until he was picked up somewhere along the timeline. Why the SCP picked him up is a good question that can be chalked up to simply his bad luck and being woken up in a cell with an orange jumpsuit isn't what you expect with a giant gap in his memory. At least he can make the orange outfit work right?
