[*][u][b]Personality:[/b][/u] He's a man of few words, but when he does speak it's usually to insult someone. This tends to get him in trouble a lot, so he needs to be bailed out by Chie a lot. He's got a heart of gold underneath it all though, always keeping an eye out for his fellow delinquents and trying to get their club to be the top club in the school.
[*][u][b]Backstory:[/b][/u]Just an everyday guy who really hates people in authority, yet really wants to be in a opposition of authority. Growing up he never had a father, only a series of stepfathers who were each drunken assholes who were not very nice. He finally got himself into this school because he heard there were dorms and violence. The two things he wanted most. 
[*][u][b]Inherent Engine Skill: LBEC: Light Bending Epidermal Cover or GITS: Ghost In The Shell:[/b][/u] Chen can activate the LBEC to turn invisible for short periods of time, about 5-10 seconds, rendering him unseeable.The only way he can be detected is through either sound or some sort of thermal vision.
[*][u][b]Active Engine Device:BAGs: Big Ass Guns: [/b][/u]Chen owns two extremely large revolvers that can fire a variety of spells/bullets to incapacitate enemies. The bullets take the form of a small colored core which is loaded into each revolver, reloading when the core runs out of power and must recharge.  These bullets include the following:[list]
[*][b][u]TSH: The Suck Hole:[/u][/b] Creates a small black hole to suck an enemy towards one spot and pin them, does no actual damage and is only a trap. Must hit a surface to activate and lasts 5 seconds.
[*][b][u]B2 EB: Bullet 2 Electric Boogaloo:[/u][/b] Fires a lightning bolt that can shocks does into submission, is most effective on unarmored opponents.
[*][b][u]BH: Bullet Hell[/u][/b] Fires a bullet sized fireball that explodes on contact with a surface. Best for taking down armored targets.
[*][b][u]SCK: Stone Cold Killer:[/u][/b] Upon hitting a surface it spreads into a small square of ice, if it hits a human it surrounds whatever limb it has hit with ice.
[*][b][u]Rubber Bullets:[/u][/b] Bouncy bullets that he uses when he wants to knock a dude out.[/list]
[u][b]Weaknesses:[/b][/u] Definitely a glass cannon, if you get a solid hit on him then he's going down pretty fast.
[*][u][b]Skills:[/b][/u] Is very quiet when he wants to be, basically a ninja in his opinion. Is on the higher end of the spectrum when it comes to speed, gotta stay fast to krrp his distance. Not too bad at Math either. Definitely a solid B student when he's not focusing on shooting people.
