[@floodtalon] All righty, few things. I'm worried that all these different bullet effects give him too many different abilities to work with. I dunno if Vita would be willing to let you gradually obtain them, but right now that's five completely different effects he can utilise.

The invisibility also overlaps with Ryougu's character, and I'm not sure if that's a thing that could work as a skill. Megumi needs to use her Device to obtain invisibility after all, though Vita would be able to clarify that when she returns.

Finally, I think the personality/backstory could do with a little expanding. It looks a little bare-bones right now.
