Oh yeah? How much larger? Enough to mess with gravity? Because that would mess with an awful lot. I could [i]maybe[/i] buy that the monks are somehow compressing the atmosphere enough to make it breathable up there and maybe traded for info on agricultural tips/magic from Twilight Fields to grow some food up there, but I'm not accepting this mountain shit as canon until you give me a good reason why they're doing that, in which case that'd be pretty cool.
