I take a less is more approach to my character sheets. The point is to display information in a way that it is easily and quickly read. If it sacrifices readability for aesthetics, it has failed to do it's job in my eyes.

Nothing too special, aside from the excessive use of indent and the special font for the entries. I typically dress it up a bit more by adding icons or cut out pictures like so:

[indent]Bliss acts a bit like everyone's grandma. at her best she's talkative, gives good advice, and is spoiling everyone rotten. Also like a grandma, she can be suborn and proud. However her confidence does fail her at times, especially in heated situations. It usually doesn't take much to lift her spirits again. Bliss is into doing womanly things like cooking, cleaning, and watching over small children. However she also enjoys gory horror flicks, mystery stories, and ancient/medieval history.

Bliss is fairly active on the internet, and does a lot of campaigning and hosts charities for various groups. She is very much for anything that promotes love, life, and understanding. Bliss does not believe in attacking people who oppose her views, and values open discussion with individuals. Bliss has also raised millions of pounds for various charities, all to support children. Despite her online presence, she's actually a very difficult person to get a hold of in person. The only real way to get a hold of her is to send Bliss an E-mail and hope she's interested in being your child's nanny.
