The Watch, like the Journal and all other items that keep a record, begin with nothing.

I assume you know how it works, so I would recommend editing your post to write out what happens and then what action Bonesword takes next.  Passing it off to me to describe 'Bonesword becomes a clown' doesn't seem like something I'd need to do from a world-controlling perspective.
