It wasn't a topic that they'd ever really discussed, and he couldn't be certain as to Tatiana's feelings on it. He was wary of the idea himself, as while Newnan was a safe zone, it wouldn't last forever. It was a truth that hardly anyone wanted to acknowledge--that one day, these walls would inevitably come crumbling down. But for the most part, his mind was focused on the amazing event that happened that day--he got married. "Aren't you too young to be talkin' about that stuff?" Jack teased, once Kris and Niesha started to leave, and Kris made a comment about them not being too loud. "Corruptin' the youth, Niesha?" But he waved at them, and kissed Tatiana's forehead, the present in his hand. "My gift to you is at home--figuhed you wouldn't mind?" he asked, feeling a little embarrassed that he was empty handed. He hugged Froggy back as the man left, with Bryn escorted out by a member of security. Of the people Jack expected to be escorted out, Bryn certainly wasn't one of them. He'd have put his money on Dick or O'Reily. But with the brief moment of privacy, Jack pulled out the tissue, and peeked inside of the box, hardly opening it. But that small peek was enough for him to recognize it for what it was. For a mere moment, he forgot how to breathe. It felt like the wind had been knocked out of him, and all of the blood in his body seemed to rush to his head. If he hadn't been Newnan's Security Lead, and a former Cop, the sudden shock might've caused him to faint. "Solovey..." Jack said, his eyes still hugely wide, and his face breaking out into a nervous grin. Nervously excited was perhaps the best word for his emotions. He nearly dropped the present, his hands shaking, as he pulled his wife into a hug. Jack was absolutely terrified, of course. And ecstatic at the same time. He hadn't even really known that this was something he wanted so badly--it just sort of came over him. "Guess I bettah stop swearin' around you so much, ya? Read Shakespeah or somethin' instead..." Jack chuckled, glancing at the present. He was so dazed that he hardly registered the sound of Ray falling to the ground, or Meg coming over to congratulate them. He nodded at Meg, a stupid, almost dumbfounded look of happiness and surprise on his face. "Thanks, Meg."

Beatrice Decker

Location: The Rec Center (Building 7)

Beatrice couldn't help but feel slightly skeptical of Tiffany and Ray's relationship for a moment. Sure, the man had learned how to get around and live with only one leg--but with all the snow melting, letting him go off by himself to get food? Either the woman had a lot of faith in the man to not fall on his ass, or she didn't care. Beatrice hoped ever so slightly for the latter, but with the lovey-dovey nature those two had, her money was on the former. "Tearing down walls isn't exactly the objective here in Newnan," Beatrice observed a bit dryly. Her sense of humor was just like that--here Tiffany was, wanting to tear down walls, when they had spent ages fixing up walls and creating new ones. Walls were what protected them, what kept them from dying and waking up the next morning with a craving for flesh. A few people seemed to be trickling out of the reception, and Beatrice couldn't help but feel slightly jealous. Froggy and the kid left, and the cute mute, Brynn, left as well. Still, she was having a conversation with her friend. Only an asshole would walk out now, and as she glanced over at the food table, she saw Ray on his ass. She couldn't help but chuckle ever so slightly. "He's got the grace of a toddler on skates," Beatrice joked.

Chloe Ridgeway

Location: The Rec Center (Building 7)

Chloe snickered, feeling ever so slightly more comfortable with Brynn gone. She'd never felt particularly at ease around the mute, always certain that the woman was up to something. She'd been in prison--it was always the quiet ones that were the most batshit bitches, the ones that shanked someone in the middle of the night and then took a crap in your bed. They were unpredictable, and for Chloe, she didn't enjoy that. Her entire livelihood as a smuggler required a certain amount of chaos--but chaos that she could use for her advantage, chaos that she could control. "Speak for yourself, she's always given me the creeps," Chloe commented, rolling her eyes as Ryan just kept going at his food. He really lived up to the teenage boy stereotype--and the man was forty years old. For a moment, Chloe realized the man likely had gone to prison for the first time before she had even gotten her braces off. Thinking of it that way, his attraction to her seemed just a little bit more creepy. But she brushed it off. As long as he wasn't grabbing at her, it was fine. In the end of the world, having a man be obsessed with you and willing to fetch you things wasn't something she wanted to stop. She cracked a bit of a smile at Ray's display, feeling ever so guilty at her reaction. The man was her friend, but fuck, it was funny. Closest thing to a comedy show--her guilty pleasure--that she'd seen in ages. With people swarming around to help him up, Chloe figured it'd be best for her to hang back and grab a table. Too many people crowding around and Ray'd never get to his feet...or rather, his foot. "Better watch out for those Teenage Mutant Ninja Walkers," Chloe joked to Ryan with a wink, punching him playfully on the arm before heading over to find a table for them.

Ravi Chakrabarti

Location: Three miles west of Newnan, in the snow.

Ravi shook his head slightly, stopping for a moment where he stood in the snow. The Last Duet hadn't been too popular in the United Kingdom. And by the time he moved to the States, its popularity had gone down. However, he had heard it once before, when he was flipping through the channels at home and landed on HBO. The memory had been vague, but ever since Gavin found out he knew the song, it was his go to song to sing. "Why must I always be the Nazi?" Ravi groaned slightly, before jumping in on the song. The bigger irony was how low the other part required his voice to go, and he couldn't help but wish ever so slightly that he could've gotten the higher part. "You sneak into my mind and make my head ache~" Ravi sang, exchanging the verses with Gavin as they went. It was nice, singing along the way to this Peachtree City place. Otherwise, he could've been focusing on how much he hated the cold and the snow at the moment--about how he could hardly feel his fingers with the snow all around. The cabin they left behind was more and more appealing as they went along. Hopefully, the trip wouldn't take all too much longer. By his estimation, they'd already walked a few miles.
