[@IncredibleBee] guards that got doused backed off and people behind them took their place. Ones that weren't completely covered in it dropped the soaked cloth off of them.

For the lightning. The guardsmen mages only immediatly stopped the wind, the lightning hit but spearmen used their weapons as lightning rod to stop it from hitting the bulk of them before it could be dispelled.
