One by one, more and more summoned people had arrived into the Imperator’s chambers. Some had been expected like Juno and her daughter, while others…were less than savory. The Imperator held back the urge to clench her cheek against her fist and sigh when Hildr boldly announced to the whole of Heaven and beyond that the Black Goat had made her claim among the Nexus.
