Magic: Blood jailor; a chain like weapon that can wrap around Argos to act as a chainmail armor or be lashed out as a whip to capture and harm those caught in them. His weapon is created to either defend himself or to use its strength to kill others by suffocation or crushing when he puts his full weight behind the impact.
Strengths: 
night time prowess: when is in the presence of moonlight or is out in a dark place his magic and strength doubles from its usual.
Blood strength: If Argos was able to drink blood he is much more resilient and his magic abilities multiply depending on the quality of the blood he drank.
Stealth hunter: while it may not be used often he is actually a skilled hunter able to track and take down targets from stealth.
Weaknesses:
Sun bane: whenever he is in the presence of extreme heat or sunlight his strength weakens almost to the point of a fit human. 
Blood reliance: if he is left without a drop of blood for more then a week he becomes severely weakened and is unable to fight. 
Slowpoke: While Argos is strong he is by no means fast and cant keep up with the speed of a knight.
 
Personality: Argos is normally a very solitary person not wanting to get close to people without reason. He doesn't like being around to many people because he will start to get thirsty. While he normally plays as the aloof member of the group that doesn't mean he doesn't care about what happens to them. While he may be the descendant of one of the most brutal monsters on earth he also doesn't like to kill which is why he uses chains to capture enemies instead. He hates being outside and would be considered a shut in by normal society preferring to stay inside and instead play a game of chess. 

History: He was descendant of the well known Vlad the impaler. He was also known as Vlad Dracul who was also known as the original vampire and Argos happened to be his great great grandson. Argos was naturally curious of the humans and why they were so different from him and he was young and stupid when he decided he wanted to go see them. Sadly Argos didn't know how to hide his vampiric traits at that time and as a result he was killed by a lynch mob as they said they needed to kill the vampire despite how he didn't kill anyone....okay yes he drank someone's blood but nothing happened to her! He was soon killed with a stake through the heart and he was soon found by his current king Tsumiki and when he was offered the chance to live and serve him he took it. Of course his family would hate him for giving his life to the servitude of someone else because he was a pure vampire that didn't matter at the time. Argos has stayed with him since then and has learned much of the humans now that he knows better...

I don't dislike the character by any means. I like the idea of a vampire on our side and as far as abilities go I think he is fairly well balanced. And obviously as a vampiric reincarnated devil he'll have all the weakness any devil would have. However, there are a couple problems with his story and the continuity of the history. 

In order to be reincarnated as a devil, to my knowledge, you can't have been dead for a long time. Judging by the lineage if he is the great great grandson of Vlad the Impaler the man would have had to live a VERY long time or still be alive. The way you're talking about it, it makes it seem as though he has been dead for a while. 

Vlad's time was somewhere around the 1400s. If we say it was around the center of it, even as a vampire (considering eternal youth and possible immortality from natural causes), he probably would have died at SOME point. Same goes for his child and his child's child and so on. 

Even if that weren't the case and your character were attacked and killed how would Tsumiki have known about him? How would he have reached him? Keep in mind Tsumiki is only 17. That's not just his age based on appearance, it's his actual age. You've got a European (I'm assuming) based character. It's possible that he may have traveled to Japan, and thus he would be in Tsumiki's vicinity for some reason, but you would need to make that reason clear. Additionally, this is modern day japan. Unless he were in an extremely rural area, it isn't like that he would have been lynched by a mod or anything like that. Maybe killed by a stray exorcist? A normal exorcist? fallen angel? stray devil? You've gotta make it somewhat more believable for the world of DxD. 

Sorry if it seems like I'm being a dick. I want things to make sense and have recently begun taking my role as GM and the storytelling aspect of RPs much more seriously. I really do not mean to be a dick. 

As for being a full blooded vampire, keep in mind that as per the series a vampire cannot go out into sunlight. Also they have set abilities. You can of course branch off and have your own, but you may need to consider these skills and traits. You may be able to get away with some by being a Dhamphir, hybrid of vampire and human, but that's up to you (keep in mind that being a Dhamphir would essentially make other vampires, probably including his family, hate him anyway). Also, I had to do some more digging into the series and Vlad the Impaler. While, to my knowledge, there's no exact bloodline related to Vlad or the original Vampire, or Dracular, it is important to note that Gasper's family line is said to be a reference to Vlad Tepes AKA Vlad the Impaler AKA the inspiration for Dracula.
