[@Mega Birb] The only person in Heaven who I know has "understands machina" is Miyu, and trying to repair Marquis's body/read his mind would be a bit like asking a Combat Medic to do Brain Surgery. Sure, better than a guy with NO training, but still, this is not optimal.
