	besides being just able to be offset easily not many draw backs to a powerful quirk, does he have any form of limit to the amount of times he can manipulate the wind before some kind of drawback starts to form?

	Also sorry for not speaking of anything until this point, you should probably poke your head into the Discord chat some time, be probably easier to bounce ideas and see things that yourself may of noticed and so on.
