I agree.  Plus, I'm not too much of a fan of sandbox type rps as those always tend to die a lot quicker, possibly because of how hard everything is to follow >. <

Sure!  Basically, someone's soul changes based on the type of spirit they merge with and that means that their life energy changes too.  So, for example, an angel's life power does more against a demon, but less against a hero/reaper.  It doesn't mean that a demon will always lose to an angel when their graces are put against each other, but the odds are higher than they will.  Think of it like chakra types from Naruto.
